I found this training really helpful and useful, especially the bit about fire extinguishers. I never knew there were so many different kinds of fire extinguisher. The presenters were all good, especially the lady with the dark hair – she has such a clear, engaging voice. Maybe the fire extinguisher demos could have been done alternately by men and women so it didn't look like it was just a man's job to fight the fire! Just a random thought!
