Quick and easy to complete
I found the session really easy to complete. The learning style in the form of videos was much easier to follow than having to read loads of text. The videos had good demonstrations and as a visual learner, I found this really helpful.

Last 10 videos were a repeat of the fire extinguisher course which in my opinion makes that course pointless!
