The course gave a good insight into awareness to enable me to manage situations competently. Not too much detail and not too high level.
Too long, boring, repetitive.
This course took forever and taught me things I learned at school, I’m 51 now. It taught me absolutely nothing I didn’t already know. A waste of an hour of my life.

The information was presented clearly, the images and videos used were appropriate and precise. The summaries after every section were brief and very helpful. I have a lot of mandatory training in my job, among them fire training and this was by far the best. I even enjoyed it and learnt more than I have in my work place training! Well done. Thank you.

The course is a good refresher as in reminding you and making you aware of the procedures to follow regarding fire in the notices, types of fires and the various fire extinguishers which can be confusing. Very good delivery and clear guidelines.
