There was not one part of the presentation that was not clear and informative. Well presented and well demonstrated. It is a training that is easy to remember.

I need the reminder annually
As i have completed the training annually, it is surprising how much information has been retained but I still need a regular refresher course. Was accessible and easy to understand and I particularly liked how conduction, convection and radiation were illustrated with everyday examples, to help the impact of each.
