Clear & concise
I found the fire awareness training, very clear and concise. Being hard of hearing it was great to have the transcript available as well.
Covers the basics of fire safety well
I learned about different types of fires, the fire tetrahedron, as well as when and how to use different firefighting equipment.

Very good course, I would like to add that if people are struggling to figure out the location they are in. They could use what3words I noticed this wasn't mentioned and is widely used by all the emergency services
