Very informative, user friendly, professional and relaxed, I like it the the videos are short and easy to follow the format. Also not rushed to a times along with opportunity of attempts if needed. Thank you.

Tells you what you need to know, but it seems the same every time maybe different presenters or story told differently might make not so much like watching the same program time after time when you have to do the training.

Enjoyed course, has being a few tears since doing a Fire awareness one, and passed with 90%.
