Direct and to the Point
This training is not drawn out and is precise and to the point. It explains things clearly and gives good examples of what to look for, how to recognise an issue and how to proceed.

Excellent
My initial reaction to seeing 58 slides was that it would be the usual boring training notes. However, each slide was concise, almost all were video clips, the presenters were clear and not at all patronising and the visuals used were of excellent quality. The clips showing the man using each extinguisher were particularly good, as in the past I have only seen descriptions of how to use each type. The test questions were fair and unlike some training courses were not trying to catch you out.
