some of the technical points such as fire extinguisher types and usage could be better arranged, with supporting material giving types, usage and which not to use on fire types.

An excellent and very clear course
The course was most informative and very clear to follow. I liked the way in which the information was disseminated in short and helpful sections. The test at the end was good to ensure that information is retained. This will need to be reinforced through further awareness over time.
