Some of the main areas I think were good. Making people think before they act, don't try to be a hero, when the risk is to high. What extinguisher to use for what kind of fire, staying low.

Excellent delivery
I found course very informative and interesting, this course was delivered very well. Fire awareness and prevention is a most in work place and make you think about fire prevention at home too. Really good course .
