it was a long course but useful
I enjoyed the course thought the videos went on a little to long, but see why as it is such a important course as many lives could be lost if training was not kept up to date, plus rules and regulations change so fast.

a very good informative course and very well explained and easy to understand, but it was very lengthy and could be hard to complete if you were in a busy environment. it took me from start to finish over four hours to complete.
