Having the training keeps you in the know of what a Fire Warden should do and to NOT try and be an untrained Hero
Excellent course
The short bitesize episodes with individual summaries was a good idea and helped with the retention of information. The different types of presentation used in the course were effective enabling the whole course to be clear and informative.
