Although informative the course was too long and I lost my concentration after 40 minutes. Maybe one hour would suffice.

good in terms of content. Feel that face to face, hands on training would be preferable due to the context of the training. Training did take longer than the expected 78 minutes due to its format.

when i heard it was 2 hours approx my heart sunk but when i started it was not boring as it was done in short sections so well done the planner
