Factual, interesting and relevant
The heart sinks when you see the 95 slides at the start. When you have completed 'the 95' you actually understand all are needed and have an important point of information. This needs to come across, so that we can understand and are able to become effective and safe Fire Wardens.

The training added to previous training. It was good that the transcript was available along side to read as I find it easier to take things in when reading.

Useful refresher Fire Warden training. It would be more beneficial if a practical session featuring the use of fire extinguishers and fire blanket could be included.

I found this course really interesting – would be good to have some reading material reminders i.e different fire extinguishers etc – made me more aware of when hearing alarms etc to act on it not follow other peoples reactions and ignore regardless of what environment I'm in – I look forward to my role as Fire warden.

I thought the course contained very clear and comprehensive information. I liked that you could go at your own pace. There is a thorough review process to ensure that the information was understood and that learning had taken place.

Good Clear Advice and Instructions
Good, clear advice and instructions. Particularly interesting point about human reaction or more importantly, non reactions to fire alarms, highlighting the importance of Fire Wardens or for someone to take charge.
