I thought the course was concise, informative, and engaging. I liked the format in terms of the information provided and the method in which it was divulged. It also gave me the confidence and knowledge required to be a Fire Warden. The 5 star rating I awarded it is well deserved.

I found this course really interesting – would be good to have some reading material reminders i.e different fire extinguishers etc – made me more aware of when hearing alarms etc to act on it not follow other peoples reactions and ignore regardless of what environment I'm in – I look forward to my role as Fire warden.

I thought the course contained very clear and comprehensive information. I liked that you could go at your own pace. There is a thorough review process to ensure that the information was understood and that learning had taken place.
Good Clear Advice and Instructions
Good, clear advice and instructions. Particularly interesting point about human reaction or more importantly, non reactions to fire alarms, highlighting the importance of Fire Wardens or for someone to take charge.
