Thanks so much for your valuable training. I really enjoyed it, and appreciated that you made it clear, knowledgeable and practical. This training will benefit the whole staff at LSU, and prepared them to undertake the practical part confidently. I feel much better prepared to deal with uncomfortable and sometimes scaring situations.

Good information, the videos were informative and it was nice to have a summary after each one.
Very informative and easy to understand
All information provided are clear and easy to understand. The whole training is constructed in the way, that the questions ot the end of the units are revision questions. Test at the end of the course is straight forward.
Good quality training
The training is good but more thought needs to be given to categorizing fires. A B C D E doesn't give any informations.

The course covered a vast amount of essential information to provide me with the necessary skills to be a fire warden

The course was thorough and covered a large amount of information. Because the content was broken down into manageable sections it made it easier to retain the information. I felt gained a good understanding of fire safety. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 stars was because I felt that some of the information was not as clear as it could have been.
