As we use the school staff for the admin of first aid ,this course is useful for some clients where they wish our staff to be trained to a level in dealing with first aid or an incident

I found the course easy to follow and understand, a clear description of the difference between a trained first aider and an appointed person.

Very clear and easy to understand training session. Not overwhelmed with information.

good to have visual and time, to pause the programme and able to re-fresh if needed before sitting the exam.
