Not necessary
As I am a first aider I found this course irrelevant as I think a lot of the courses are as a site supervisor I would have already covered a lot of these topics. I do however think a trimmed down set with shorter refresher videos would be of more benefit.

Clear training
Clear, concise training explaining exactly the role of the first aid appointed person
Very clear and concise
Very easy to understand and concise in it's presentation. All in all very easy to comprehend. I think I would have got 100% had I not been too trigger happy with the mouse during the multi choice questions.

An enjoyable course for those who do not have any First-Aid qualifications and h3lpful as a reminder to those who do.

Not adequate for our needs
I have always done an appointed persons first aid course which includes practical first aid training. This course says that the appointed person must not perform first aid but to call the emergency services. Have the guidelines changed over the last couple of years as I have always been able to provide first aid training in the past. I am concerned that as a business we are not adequately covered.
Found it very easy to follow and use
great refresher to reinforce the role, duties and responsibilities in this role.
