I thought i might be doing more on the practical side of first aid and perhaps that is to come with a different course but this creates a good foundation on what to do in an emergency which is a great asset. My only criticism is its a little too easy to go back and decide on the right answer, assuring 100% which is great but with a minimum pass grade of 60% you may as well say 'keep redoing until you get 100%' as no one wants a certificate that says 60% when it can just be redone until that person gets 100%, kind of takes away from some of the achievement

The videos were good, clear, short and precise, it was very easy to follow and the fact I could back at any time to anything I had not understood the first time was very helpful.

i like the way ihasco has set out the training so it's easy learning and not intense

Not a lot of detail but just enough to know what your role and responsibility is.
