A good refresher course
A good refresher to bring back to our attention what is required of someone as Appointed first aider. especially as we have bene so long away form the office environment.
simple easy to complete
over all this course was enjoyable i liked the fact that it was all videos much easier for me to take in the information rather than having to read pages of text. simple but effective

A useful refresher course
Ever since my son suffered a sporting injury which left me at the time, feeling as though i was not well equipped to be of help to him, i have considered having a basic knowledge of First Aid really important and this course was a timely refresher, leading up to returning to work in an office.
