Explained responsibilities and what to do in the event of an accident/emergency in a clear and concise way. Giving confidence in role.

Took longer because of the following
Had to return to previous module several times as would not load the next module on my I pad
A good experience
The course is very detailed and straight to the point . I was able to figure out the role of an appointed first aid person as opposed to the actual first aider . It also highlighted the extent of the appointed person roles and limits which is good . Overall a very good experience .
