A good overview of the role
I felt some areas were a little undefined if this is taken by someone without First Aid training. I have had hands on training sessions and completed risk assessments which give a lot of prior knowledge but I couldn't help feeling that without this I would have been unclear on some of the regulations.

A well presented course and easy to sign into.
Short and easily understood course.
I enjoyed completing the course and liked the fact there was 24 short clips with the information being spoken to me. I found the lady described the information quite well.

its nice and clear so you can understand and set out provesionally doesnt rush you and easy to use .

I have a first aid at work qualification, but have not been a first aide. Therefore I found that this was a timely reminder of the basics.

This is a great way to complete training as it was done during one of my shifts.
