Informative and very simple to learn
The package includes the law side of the current issues and governmental guidelines. Demonstration on Emergency procedure for immediate action and evacuation of person concerned are valuable for any staff in any jobs.

Perfect amount of information needed
As this is not a first aid course for first aiders – this is the perfect amount of information in terms of what you do need to know. I felt it was easy to understand, easy to see what you can and cannot do and all relevant.

A good overview of the role
I felt some areas were a little undefined if this is taken by someone without First Aid training. I have had hands on training sessions and completed risk assessments which give a lot of prior knowledge but I couldn't help feeling that without this I would have been unclear on some of the regulations.
