Useful basic overview into this role.
I enjoyed doing this and found it easy to follow with some helpful ideas and steps to follow in an emergency. It explained the role of the FAAP really clearly.
It did the job and covered what was need
The course was good, clear and to the point . It will be good for some of our trainees who have a hearing loss because they were able most of the time to see the persons mouth. However there was not a lot of visuals that backed up what was being said so consentration was hard for a visual learner.

It clear and easy to follow through
Clear, informative and easy to follow with the ability to go back at any time if needed. Whilst doing the test, if you got a question wrong, it took you back to that section to recap.
