Very clear & simple
This is a very clear course that is suitable for everyone in the workplace. Unfortunately the online course did crash three times but I still managed to complete it.
An interesting and easy to follow course
I thought that it was a very interesting and very informative Course. It was laid out in nice bite-size chunks, well explained and really easy to follow. It covered everything that I needed to know and I liked the quiz at the end. Very enjoyable.
Relevant to my job
Precise questions which were in keeping with the training already received on my 3 day course.
Simple and straightforward.
I enjoyed this course. The videos were short, to the point and easy to understand. I had trouble with the sound on my pc but, fortunately, I was able to turn on the subtitles.
Very good clear instruction
Clearly and concisely told we what I need to do and how to do it – very good.
Videos skip now and again
The courses are good but for someone like myself that is dyslexic find it hard sometimes as it would be easier if I could press the questions to be read.
