Preference for in-person training
In-person refresher training is preferable for the information to sink in properly.
Clear, direct and easy to navigate.
I found it easy to navigate and review the course while taking the 20 MC questions at the end. I feel like this MC should be longer as I feel I could have been made to review more of the course as preparation.

Informative and essensially educational.
I think that the course really does focus on the core actions that have to take place to ensure the life of the first aider, the person recieving the first aid and any people in the area of the person being treated by the first aider. A response program that tunes in on the first aiders do and don't actions.

Excellent refresher
My first aid training was way out of date so this was most useful. The presentation was very clear, comprehensive, free of distraction and easily digested.
Don't think online courses teach very mu
A lot to take on I will remember more than last time I took the course I passed but don't feel confident on administering all types of first aid
