I found the course to be well presented and very informative with both clear instructions and slides with people showing what to do and how to do it properly.

Good basic refresher
The course offers a good awareness and refresher of the main areas of Breathing, Bleeding, Breaks and Burns. Offers good risk assessment advice and methods to prioritise first aid support. The course fails to offer technical advice outside of the expected scope of needs. The presenters are clear the approach helps to promote the desire to learn and is one of the best first aid courses I have attended.
