It was presented with very clear instructions and also the reenactments of what to do complimented the talking. This helps to keep you focused.

Very imformative
Needed a refresher, a couple of things were not as I'd remembered them from my last course
Better than face 2 face training.
Learnt at my own pace, able to take frequent short breaks, absorbed more information without distractions, less anxiety compared to face2face training, would have preferred more questions in the test.

I found the course went at a good pace, I liked the fact that you could pause or replay any of the sections that you wanted to.

First aid at work course
Would have bee. Better if the slides carried on instead of having to click twice to get to the next one so the overall online course took me a lot longer than the 80 mins to complete but the information and video contents was very good
