the course content was very useful and understandable. people with little or no medical knowledge could understand. specially giving examples and videos were great.

Very clear and precise training!
Apart from not being able to actually hands on apply bandages, dressings, CPR etc.. all in all very good! Feel much more confident in administering First Aid following this refresher.

I have been a first aider for numerous years and it is just as much use outside of work as inside if it
