A must do for all staff
Whilst it's good to have a refresher course, we could do with a basic simple course just for a retail shop or office environment. Also linked to basic home first aid training.

Really enjoyed the course,learned a lot about first aid well worth the training.
Too long but good content
The course content was good but I had to take a number of short breaks as its long and not delivered in the most entertaining way.

well presented, clear instructions
clearly set out and the opportunity to go back to the course when doing the test if answered any questions incorrectly, helping to inbed knowledge!

I found that not being in a classroom situation I was able to concentrate better
