The training was a very good refresher to first aid. It once again reminded me about the importance of having first aid knowledge which you can apply at any given time during your daily life.

This refresher was definitely that. Things you thought you knew were either affirmed or adjusted slightly in this easy to follow training. It was not heavy yet not boring. I felt it was pitched exactly where it was needed. I have heard many comments around school about how useful this has been.
