I found it easy too understand and well explained.

Best thing is that the videos are bite size.

Easy to listen to videos with supporting information that you could review made the learning easier. A good refresher course with clear specific information.

The content over all is fine but if you have to stop due to calls for service / interruptions you have to sit through the whole section again, I sat through one 5 times on a busy day. Couple of points I do not agree with, flutter valves are now being taught again no probs with that but we have been told previously that they were no longer taught. also if some one suffers from angina and has chest pains, I will be calling 999 first. Rather silly 2nd two answers to select from, maybe they should have said don't let them run the London marathon.

It's good to keep updated. This is very beneficial on my workm
