Clear, to the point, easy to follow
This was a very good online course – no unnecessary waffle, very clear and to the point. It was very simple and easy to navigate. Additional information was available for specific situations which could arise, if you felt it relevant. Very good.

A very important course, well presented and easy to follow steps. Easy to stop at any point and pick up from where you left off. Great for IPad users.
Far too in depth for a basic first aider
Only taken basic first aid before so for those of us that are basic this is too in depth and IMO could be dangerous if basic first aiders try and take too much responsibility. Also the course seemed to assume that you will always have gloves, etc on your person where if something happens in the street that may not be the case.

A very comprehensive course .The first aid course I felt strayed into the too advanced category for those of us who have’nt done even the basic first aid course.However I recognise that under the current circunstances opting in & out of some of the courses offered is almost impossible,
