Intense but well worth doing!
This was a really good refresher course especially as at the moment we can only do online learning due to the current lock-down restrictions.
Enjoyed it .
Once I got on to the course it was easy to follow and straight forward ,it was nice to complete at home but did miss doing the hands on stuff with everyone.

Very informative refresher course
Easy to follow and not boring. Using two different presenters kept it fresh. One negative……I dont think the pass percentage should be printed on the pass form. I feel it puts and employer off from displaying the pass in their Business as staff be judged to a degree on the pass mark atained.

The course was good because it helped remind me of certain areas I had forgotten since my course in January 2020
