good online refresher
This was a good online refresher, as I have regularly completed first aid training. However, a little complex for someone who was new or had not completed any first aid training.

Thorough and easy to understand
It was quite thorough and easy to understand / follow. Extra info if needed and your're able to to go back on bits if needed – much better in my view than in-school training – however, it's always useful to retrain CPR on dummies.
Easy to follow, explained well
The slides were set out well and easy to follow. At the end of each section was a summary of the key points. The test wasn’t too long and didn’t have a time limit. I would recommend this to anyone needing to update their skills.

I have done first aid a few times but having a refresher keeps you updated in things you can forget about to do
