Really enjoyed the content and delivery. Increases my confidence to cope with work and in public too. You never know when these skills are needed. Enjoyed refresher of entire courses on this site.
Good course
It would be nice if the courses were up dated, as I have been doing them for 6 years and they become very boring listening to the same thing year in year out!!!

Thorough but not clear why we're all having to have such detailed training
The final section was a refresher for qualified first aiders – which I am not. Unclear why we're all needing to complete this training. Basic first aid is great for all and I found some of it really helpful – it just took so long. Sorry.

Great explanations
Great course quick and easy to absorb
A lot to take in
I've never done any first aid online or practical courses before and therefore learning from scratch. The 80 minute online course was a lot to take in, full of information and instructions. I would recommend to do it in bite size portions to absorb all of the course. Ultimately I feel I know lot more after doing this first aid course.
