Much improve course from previous course
Enjoyed the refresher course, valuable information much improved from previous courses. Long enough to provide the key information you require, clear and to the point. Well done, Theresa and Jen.
Reasonable desk-based refresher
A reasonable desk-based refresher course is certainly a good memory jogger, but a complete lack of practical content for what is a "hands-on" subject does not instill too much confidence

It could be divided in two parts because I think it is long but I really think is a very good curse.
its vital for all staff to do it
The course is well conducted with demonstrations that assist to understand even better. it gives one confidence to carry out first aid with ease and knowledge. Am delited to have taken it.
