Professional & informative
The course was well presented, professional and informative. All topics had been covered for en emergency first aid refresher course. Different learning styles had been considered as you could choose to read the script if you preferred to read in addition to listening to the narrative. Additional information was available after each section if required which wasn't narrated e.g. child CPR. The session was in different section so you did not have to complete it in one sitting. Different voices were used to break the narration up. There was also an assessment at the end. A small suggestion for improvement, would be to include more knowledge checks throughout the course, to promote engagement from the learner, other than that, it was very good.

An enjoyable course
Yon need to read the questions, I made the stupid mistake of reading but not reading properly, making hasty calls and made 2 stupid mistakes. A very good course which helped me tremendously.

A useful refresher
The online first aid training was a useful refresher. It was easy to use with good clear information presented with actual an paramedic modelling and bullet points. It was good to be able to stop at any point and go back if necessary and also to swap between devices without losing what had been achieved. I lost internet connection at home part way through but was able to continue on my smart phone.
