Food Hygiene Level 1 Training Course Reviews

I thought the course was balanced, in that it was not too long but covered the essential topics in an easy to understand visual and effective way. However I’m not sure of the point of the two ‘did you spot the errors’ in video clip. I had, and whilst I ticked that box – I didn’t notice if I was correct (until the following slide) – would it have made a difference if I had ticked the box stating that I hadn’t spotted the mistake?

The video’s were excellent and were a good learning aid.

One criticism was that they term foodborne appeared in a test question, but this term did not appear in the presentation.

I found the Food Hygiene Level 1 Training course to be very thorough, with excellent quality coverage of all areas.

Great course, it’s so important to be aware of how to stay safe while working with food.
