Clear and easy to undertand.
I liked that was good visual aid also the transcript was there if you needed it. Good, clear speech and was at a good pace. Information was informative and good to refresh knowledge that I already have but for anyone who did this for the first time would not be too overwhelmed by the information that was being given out.

Thorough and effective
I enjoyed the course, covering the different aspects in my own time. It truly increased my knowledge of food safety with components that can be used in our own kitchens on a daily basis. It expanded my understanding of food contamination when preparing and storing it as well as detailed the high standard of hygiene required to keep everyone safe.
