This was a very good training session, engaging and relevant to the job I do.
Level 3 lacking videos
I did this course for level 3 and al information about this was not in video format but on files that needed to be downloaded and read separately, this is not very engaging

A more summarised version of the supported reading would have been useful and could have helped to embed the learning more

Please divide into 2 Sessions
I think it was too long as there was a lot of info to take on board. I would suggest splitting it into 2 sessions. It would be more beneficial and would be easier to reinforce learning. Content was good but I have given it three stars due to content overload.

Having completed other on line courses, i found this one pretty helpful been able to print course content for reference and also to pause and come back to the course. Questions where equally hard and took a couple of attempts so all in an excellent course
