I enjoyed this course, it was straight forward and easy to follow with all the links to the information required to ensured you got all the detailed and up to date information you needed to complete the course and understand the legal requirement to run a food business.

Pros: Clear well presented course. Links to other relevant websites. Test questions within the videos to check understanding. Cons: Can't speed up videos to learn quicker (I usually watch YouTube at 1.5x) So many links it cab seem a little overwhelming – would have liked summaries of their content so I could judge importance.
