Very useful

Would only recommend as a refresher course. Would recommend questions after the end of each section as a tester as well as the end exam.

Not manufacturing specific, too generic

The course is too commercial / catering focussed which creates ambiguity. Multiple questions have different answers in manufacturing, e.g. HACCP operation checks (manager/team leader industry, frequency review (minimum annually, always upon an ingredient/machinery/process change), meat & fish waste disposal (not refrigerated prior to collection in industry !) etc. I suggest a course review whereby one is commercial and second for manufacturing using industry diagrams.
