Excellent presentation, the speakers were very clear. The way it was done in short videos and explanations made it easy to follow

I liked the clarity of the speakers, good articulation, and their brevity and conciseness made the course easy to follow without getting lost in superfluous detail. Clear, brief summaries were helpful.

A good memory jog for reminders of health and safety tips that may got a bit lapse over time. Especially over lock down when not so much food prep for visitors/ others.

Interesting and informative although a lot of the course is common sense and good manners. Keeping clean, healthy and aware of risks to do with food preparation etc.

Clear topic areas which were covered thoroughly & succinctly with summaries & questions as you go along. It was well presented with good visuals and clear speech.

At entry level to food safety & hygiene this would form a solid part of any site induction good course – very detailed and easy to follow
