a clear straightforward course
i am always apprehensive with tests so very glad to find this course had all the information clearly given ,with clear video clips and section summaries. the multiple choice test was good too!! ive found areas in my own daily food safety and hygiene habits which need pulling up…..i'll be investing in a big blue paper towel roll!!

Glad to have the opportunity to do this Level 1 course. Found it enlightening and interesting. Very important all food handlers do this! And for younger ones…its not boring!

It was an interesting course
Although I learned quite a lot, I was also confirmed in the way food is handled in our house. We have never had food poisoning, but I know that is no grounds for relaxing in the cleanliness required!
