This course was well presented and clear
Very informative & easy to digest
Great presenters & content. The presenters Michelle & Sophie were good at making the key take-away points stand out. The only think I wish could change was for some sections to run together with fewer breaks, having to jump forward to the next section so many times was slightly distracting for me, possibly just me though. Overall a very good introduction to what's important in basic food hygiene.
