Very well presented. Clear content & easy to follow. Good use of example scenarios.
Fraud Prevention also needs to have an Oversight Inspection process which is unexpected & not planned i.e. that can occur/be switched on at any time at the drop of a hat to test that no fraudulent procedures are happening under the radar. If someone has nothing to hide, it shouldn't be an issue to be inspected at any time.
