Comprehensive training

Comprehensive fraud training

An interesting session

The training clarified a few grey areas of what is considered fraud. I am sure that many people would not be aware that they are committing fraud in some circumstances.

Succinct and Informative

This course helped open my eyes to the problems with fraud in all types of companies. It gave a good general overview with plenty of potential examples.

The course was well presented and followed a good structure. It communicated what needed to be learnt in an easy to understand delivery. However, the test at the end was not particularly taxing, with all the answers being rather obvious.

A good well presented course that covers the essentials, but, with common knowledge, most people can pass the test without sitting the course.

Interesting course

Interesting course I like the video course but I find it hard to answer the questions

Good reminder

It‘s been a good opportunity to remind the fraud compliance.

Excellent course

Very informative, well worth doing

Decent with some inaccuracies

○ Repetitive on security and password best practices ○ Impossible question – fraud isn't always about personal gain. Intrinsic and extrinsic motivators may vary. – Question title: Fraudulent Activity is… with the only answers as: is always about money, is always about fraudulent docs, about personal gain.
