Short, precise and informative
The duration of the course is sufficiently short to enable it to be easily accommodated within a busy work schedule, whilst containing all the information needed to convey the key points to most staff. I found the transcript and additional resources useful. Inclusion of "mini tests" enables trainees to check their understanding prior to the test on completion.

Fraud Prevention and Awareness
Very helpful and informative but it did last rather a long time and whilst I understand it is super important I did find my thoughts wandering a little at times could it be a little more concise perhaps
