Useful refresher course.
Useful course, but it did not comment on the fines-investigations that companies can face if they breach GDPR.
Detailed, in-depth and informative
GDPR is quite complex however this training course helped break down the rules in a simplistic format.

Content good but exam freezes
I found that some links did not open and the exam froze on several occasions resulting in the answers being re-presented upon refresh in different places and me being marked down – poor effort.
Complicated
complicated and a very long training session with a large amount of data to be absorbed, could have been split into 2 sessions.
Very informative
Short bite sized chunks which made it all quite helpful.
Brought clarity to complex legislation
The course brought clarity to some complex legislation and broke it down into bitesize chunks of information. The narrator was friendly and easy to understand and there were plenty of resources.
Good
A very dry subject, but delivered well – from experience of these courses I know to take notes – for some it may have been helpful to be advised that there is a quiz at the end. I thought the presenter was really good and liked the odd question within to keep me focused
