Very long course, lots of information, although a bit confusing at times.
Far far far too long
Would have been better to have been cut down into two sessions. Listening for 69 minutes then having to try and remember what was said at the beginning is a recipe for failing the test where as x2 30 – 40 minute sessions are much more rememberable.

Course is well laid out and logical. It is goes into an acceptable level of detail and has plenty of real life scenarios and is practical. Recommended.
GDPR advanced
The training provided additional knowledge & understanding of the GDPR.
Generally good.
It is one of the longest courses and quite intense. It would have been useful to build in a couple of breaks. Also there was nothing in the course about responding to FOI & SAR. These are important for a council and any staff member may be required to contribute to such responses.

GDPR remains a dry subject that is difficult to grasp in depth. I think the course presented it quite well. The case studies brought it to life.
Very well presented
I found it a complicated subject with lots of principles, procedures and caveats but it was broken down very well and explained clearly and in a way that made it interesting and easy to understand.
