Useful info normally taken for granted
I was not expecting such insightful information. Coming into the course I only knew the very basics of GDPR, which having completed the 36 mini clips, now realising there is a whole mountain of information regarding GDPR that is quite useful going forward especially in dealing with customers/trades on a daily basis. It would be most useful for a booklet to be made available in hard copy for a referral to refresh one's memory. Overall, this course is timely and very practical. Makes me cogitate more seriously about my role function handling day to day operations, being more vigilant with the information received, processed and shared. Thank You!

Clear and easy to follow.
Able to replay videos for clarifications. Some ambiguities in some of the information without a means of clarfiying same as one would in a classroom with 2 way dialogue.

The refresher highlights the key points all people need to understand with control of data. Its important only the correct amount of information is shared relative to requirement or request. Many of us don't realise how much information we are constantly giving out in this modern era with the technology improvements. Worthwhile course for all
