Informative and Easy to understand
Training was great, easy to understand all the information and has given me more knowledge on GDPR.
Appropriate Information
This was informative as I didn’t previously know what was safe and unsafe to do when dealing with personal internet usage
too longwinded
Overall this iHasco training has been far too longwinded, we all have our BAU jobs to do and we were never allocated time to do these some of the videos took over an hour to go through then the test afterwards. with 7 modules to do in total, at time i felt myself zoning out and forgetting what was just said. the material was boring the delivery worse and overall not very engaging no tasks were involved no user interactions until the tests overall not a very good training experience, I noticed 2 items in the security training were wrong and obviously not life tested experienced.
I learnt a few new things.
It put the whole process of leaving the EU and the new rules into perspective.
