Long but useful
The training was fine – covered all that is needed. Good analogies to help facilitate understanding of the key points. Not as engaing as the other training sessions on iHasco.

Easy to follow and understand
Alot of information in just 40 mins but easy to understand. Only hurdle was sitting at my desk to do the training. Too many interruptions and staff noise. A classroom/meeting room environment would've been better
Ambiguous wording on the tests
Course content is good. Test questions are ambiguous and therefore unhelpful.
